Can I try it before talking to anyone?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card. Starter comes with a 14-day free trial and Professional with a 7-day free trial, both started at app.chikaraintel.com. A card is required for either trial and nothing is charged until it ends, so you can cancel inside the trial at no cost. Most customers then run a focused pilot around one team, sector, or monitoring workflow.
What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter is events only: every event type from the last 30 days, with search, filters and your own alerts. Professional adds the full history, profiles, organisations and the workspace for mandates, lists and reports.
Can we start with one seat and expand later?
Yes. Many customers start on Free or Starter, move to Professional, and then to Team as usage broadens.
Is API access included in every plan?
No. Free has none. Starter can use the MCP event tools at 1 credit per call, and Professional includes the API and MCP. Higher volumes and data licensing are available through Enterprise or as a separate package.
Do you support custom commercial terms?
Yes. Enterprise and API customers can be supported with tailored packaging, onboarding, and usage models.
